COVID-19 Update from Hometown Kia
Dear Hometown Family,
We understand the growing concern surrounding coronavirus (COVID-19) across our communities, and our hearts go out to all of those who have been impacted. The safety and well being of our customers, and employees while in our stores is always one of our top priorities as an organization. We will continue to monitor the spread of the virus and if and when the virus impacts any areas of our operations (including all satellite locations) we will aggressively take appropriate steps at that time.
Every day, as part of our regular operations, our stores are cleaned and sanitized. In addition, we've increased the frequency of cleanings, and are providing additional help to clean and sanitize customer touch points. We have also asked all employees to be diligent about washing their hands and minimizing any physical contact.
Also, do not forget about our online tools if you wish to contact us from the comfort of your home. We have online chat available on our websites, along with online financing tools and trade evaluation. Our staff will be available to help you with any questions, and to guide you through the process.
