Kia fans get ready to download the app for your smart phone because yes, the 2017 Kia Sorento’s new smart phone features are Apple CarPlay and Android Auto capability when it hits dealerships later this year. As part of Kia’s latest UVO infotainment system, UVO3, drivers will be able to enjoy Android Auto or Apple CarPlay in addition to a variety of other new features.
What are the new safety features of the 2017 Sorento?
Releasing the 2017 Sorento under its DRIVE WiSE sub brand, Kia has accordingly equipped the new model with state-of-the-art driver assistance systems as well as new smart phone features. In addition to increasing the availability of systems already on the market including Blind Spot Detection and Lane Departure Warning, Kia has added two new safety features – Autonomous Emergency Braking and Dynamic Bending Headlamps.
