In addition to the 2020 Soul, Kia introduced an EV version of the new model as well as the 2019 Kia Niro EV. We’re not yet sure if we’ll get these two EV models here in West Virginia, but we wanted to cover the incredible vehicle anyways just to show you everything that Kia is capable of, as well as what’s on the horizon. We’ll keep our fingers crossed that the all-electric versions of the 2019 Kia Niro and 2020 Kia Soul will make their way here to Mount Hope and Hometown Kia specifically, but until then you can at least see just how incredible Kia’s new EV is. Before we can continue giving you the rundown on the all-new 2020 Kia Soul as promised, we have to take a quick pitstop to give you a look at everything else (as well as the new Soul itself) that Kia brought to the 2018 LA Auto Show late last month. For the 2019 model year, very little has changed in the Kia Niro hybrid crossover. Most of its specifications and features will carry over from last year’s model, which is fine considering it’s still such a fresh vehicle. We look forward to seeing what the next generation or mid-generation refresh will look like for the Niro, but for now, we’re completely happy with the subcompact hybrid crossover that Kia has built for us. Perhaps the most exciting thing about this model year for us here at Hometown Kia was the unveiling and debut of the 2017 Kia Niro Hybrid. The compact hybrid crossover hasn’t yet been released here in West Virginia, but we did just get some pretty exciting information that we’re positive you’ll be interested in: pricing and fuel efficiency.
