“Kia is committed to simplifying the car-buying process and this provides a one stop source for Niro information and engages consumers through the digital channels they use the most. The future is now with user-friendly interfaces such as Amazon Alexa, and Kia is focused on giving our customers convenience and flexibility in the mobile way today’s shoppers are looking for.”

Alexa, tell me about the Kia Niro
Thanks to this partnership between Amazon Media Group and Kia Motors America, owners of the Amazon Alexa will now be able to ask their AI unit questions about the Kia Niro. Niro Skill, the application that makes it possible, allows shoppers to get information about the vehicle, local dealerships that have it in stock, and even details about specifications and features.
What’s more? Shoppers will be able to schedule a test drive right from the comfort of home without even making a phone call. All they have to do is ask Alexa to do it for them, and it’ll be done. If you have questions, you can call us, but we suggest you ask Alexa first. She seems to getting pretty smart!
