“Value has always been a core tenet for the Kia brand and the all-new Rio sedan and 5-door continue to underscore our commitment to buyers looking for an entry-level vehicle but desire more than what the subcompact segment offers. This fourth-generation Rio makes significant improvements over its predecessor in design, technology and passenger comfort, resulting in an even better value proposition, while raising the bar in the small-car segment.”

Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price
The final price of the new vehicle you purchase depends on the different options you choose and the different available features you decide to add, but each model and trim level has a set MSRP, or Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price that acts as the base price for a model. In the 2018 Kia Rio, there are six different MSRPs as the vehicle is split into sedan and hatchback models, and three trim levels for each.
The Rio LX Sedan starts at $13,900 while the Rio LX 5-door starts at $14,200, the Rio S Sedan starts at $16,100 and the 5-door at $16,400, and finally the Rio EX Sedan at $18,400 with the 5-door at $18,700.
